2010 Registrations

2010 registrations are closed !

Before you register, please read and understand the conditions of registration stated below, then click on the link to the event of your choice at the bottom of this page.

In order to manage the 2010 registrations fairly and squarely, they can only be made by internet.

UTMB®, CCC®, TDS (Sur les Traces des Ducs de Savoie)

A period of pre-registration will open from December, 23rd 2009 to January, 13th 2010 during which time the candidates fill in their application form, including qualifying races, for the race of their choice. This form will be validated by the payment of 50€ deposit payable by credit-card (secured on-line payment)

Enrolment for each race will not be possible unless the candidate has completed the necessary qualifying races: click here to read the regulations for the 2010’Ultra-Trail®’s qualifying races

If the number of pre-registrations for a race is higher than the maximum number of available places, a draw will be made at the end of the pre-registration period.

NB: It will be possible to pre-register in groups (12 persons maximum). The first group member who will pre-enroll will have to click " Pre-registration in group", he will then obtain a group number that he will communicate to the other members. Then, they just have to indicate this number in " Pre-Registration in group" when they will pre-register.

Should there be a draw, then the groups will be drawn as a group. Like this the result will be the same for each group member.

Those persons whose pre-registration is accepted, will have 10 days, from January 22nd to January, 31st 2010, to finalise their registration by paying, by credit card, the balance due for the registration and supplying all the required documents.

Those who do not finalise their registration within the given time will loose their advantage, the deposit will be kept by the organisation and they will not benefit from a priority registration the following year.

Should there be a draw, the losers of the draw will automatically have their 50€ deposit returned to them. They will be able to have priority registration (without the pre-registration) for the same race the following year, on the condition that they have gained the necessary number of points by finishing the qualifying races, conforming to the regulations put in place for the year of their registration (these regulations evolve and are subject to change each year)

The period of pre-registration will open from December, 23rd 2009 to January, 8th 2010. If the number of teams is higher than the number permitted on the start line, a draw will take place January, 9th before the end of the period of pre-registration for the other three events to enable those who were unlucky in the draw to pre-register for one of the other races, should they wish to.

The team leader (which is necessarily a UTMB finisher) makes the pre-registration for all his team at the same time.

- UTMB® : 147 €
- CCC® : 100 €
- TDS : 100 €
- PTL : 510 € (same fees for the enrolment of 2 or 3 runners)
